At times we are approached by other mail order
companies offering new products and services. However, before
any product is offered to you either through us or directly from
the other companies we ensure that both the company and their
services meet stringent industry standards.
To
safeguard the privacy and security of your name, the other company
cannot record your name and address unless you respond to their
offer. However, in spite of these safeguards if you don't want
to receive any special offers or promotions from other companies
selected by us please advise by indicating in the comments section
before checking out of this site.
RETURNS
POLICY
Just remember that when you buy any product from
us there is an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee. This
means that for any reason you are not completely satisfied we
will either replace the item in question or refund your purchase
price in full. No questions asked! This does not apply to personalised
products which can only be replaced if found to be faulty.
DELIVERY
TIMEFRAME
Orders are normally shipped within 14 days, however
please allow up to 28 days, as there are occasional unforeseeable
delays. If for any reason it goes beyond 28 days we will contact
you to advise of alternative arrangements.
SECURITY
Health Pride uses 128 bit SSL encryption for transactions.
Also for your protection transactions are carried out in real-time
with the bank (in a similar way to EFTPOS) so we do not view or
store your credit card details.
