how to enter and prizes form part of these rules and conditions.
Scratch cards can be found inside
your copy of the Health Pride Catalogue. Entries can only be made by
sending winning scratch cards to Health Pride Pty. Ltd., Private Bag
19981, Avondale, Auckland, accompanied by an order from the Health
Pride Pty. Ltd. Catalogue. The order form appears on page 23 of the
catalogue.
Entry is free to all residents of
New Zealand, excluding employees and their immediate families of
Health Pride Pty. Ltd., its associates, agents and suppliers and
persons under 18 years of age.
Commencement date for this
promotion is August 1 2011 (01/07/11) and the closing date is January 18 2012 (18/01/12).
Prizes: $1000.00 cash x 1, $500.00
cash x 1, Multi Layered Chain with Pendant Watch and Garnet Pendant
x 2750 value $29.90 each. Total prize value $83,725. We reserve
the right, if needed and subject to legislation, to replace prizes
with other products of equal value.
Cash prizes will be sent to the
winners by mail. Multi Layered Chain and Pendant Watch and Garnet
Pendant will be sent with the orders.
All prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Entrance to this competition will
be acceptance of these rules and conditions. All entries will remain
the property of the Promoter and can be used for advertising and
promotion purposes at the promoter's discretion.
Printing errors and other quality
control matters outside the control of individual players will not
be used as the sole reason in refusing to award the prize.
No responsibility accepted for
lost, late or misdirected mail.
Prizes will be drawn on January 25 2012 (25/01/12).
At the end of the competition, all
existing claims for prizes and entitlements will be met
notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
