cards can be found inside your copy of the Health Pride Catalogue.
Entries
can only be made by sending winning scratch cards to Health Pride
Pty. Ltd., Private Bag 19981, Avondale, Auckland accompanied by an
order from the Health Pride Pty. Ltd. catalogue. The order form
appears on page 31 of the catalogue.
Entry
is free to all residents of New
Zealand, excluding employees and their immediate families of Health
Pride Pty. Ltd., its associates, agents and suppliers and persons
under 18 years of age.
Commencement date
for this promotion is 01/09/11 and the closing date is 31/01/12.
Prizes:
$1000.00 cash x 1, $500.00 cash x 1, Ladies Fashion Watch x 4,000 –
Value $49.95 each, Total prize value nationally $201,300. Prizes
will be sent to the winners by courier or mail. We
reserve the right, if needed, to replace prizes with other products
of equal value. Prizes will
be sent to the winners by courier or mail.
All
prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed
for cash.
The
closing date is 31/01/2012. A second chance draw for any unclaimed
prizes will be made on the 07/02/2012.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. Winners of these draws will be notified by letter and
their prizes dispatched within ten working days of notification.
Entrance
to this competition will be acceptance of these rules and
conditions. All entries will remain the property of the Promoter and
can be used for advertising and promotion purposes at the promoter’s
discretion.
Printing
errors and other quality control matters outside the control of
individual players will not be used as the sole reason in refusing
to award the prize.
No
responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail.
At the end of the
competition, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements will be
met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
